Competitive salary based on experience. On-site, private accommodation possible. Full time, year round position 35-45 hours/week in high season, 10-25 in low season. Food prep, batch cooking for up to 140 people. 2+ years management experience & 5 years kitchen experience includes: menu creation, hiring, scheduling, inventory, ordering, training, supervising. Experienced with special diets and food allergies. Oversee kitchen operations and staff. Proven leadership, communication & strong people skills.
