Ski Independence, a UK based ski and snowboard holiday company, is seeking a seasonal representative in Whistler Blackcomb. The successful candidate will work as a self-employed contractor to Ski Independence and must have legal rights to work in Canada. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, a thorough knowledge of Whistler Village and the Whistler Blackcomb ski area, and a passion for customer service.

About the Role
Seasonal Contract running from approx. 26 Nov 2018 - 26 April 2019.
Flexible working hours depending on the needs of the business and its guests.
Competitive remuneration based on a per passenger fee.
Season Pass and rental equipment (if required) for the season.

The Perfect Candidate
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality or related service industry.
Computer literate with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
A love of winter sports and an outgoing, personable persona.

Duties / Responsibilities Include
Re-confirmation of all accommodation, transfers, prepaid sales and other manifested details.
Contact guests by email prior to arrival, offering to meet & greet at a time and place to suit the guests' needs.
Follow up with airlines and transfer suppliers in the event of missing luggage and/or lost property.
Assist with lift passes, equipment rentals & snow school.
Ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained.
Re-confirm return travel arrangements, including transfers.
