Position Summary:
This is an opportunity for the right person to lea our diverse and multiple business, focusing on long-term sustainable development and successful Human Resources Management. You will report and take direction from the Board of Directors. The CEO provides leadership and management to NDC Managers and Staff to: Ensure Strategic Plans are aligned with operational plans, with a focus on ontin o iprovement This is an opportunity for the right person to lead our diverse and multiple businesses, focusing on long-term sustainable development and successful Human Resources Management. You will report and take direction from the Board of Directors. The CEO provides leadership and management to NDC Managers and Staff to:
- Ensure Strategic Plans are aligned with operational plans, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- You will manage and supervise all office and finance personnel including assignment, and direction, performance review with input on pay - You will be responsible for financial oversight, personnel development, operational planning and leading our experienced Management Team to meet company objectives.
- Investigating and fostering partnerships with other potential stakeholders as directed by the NDC Board of Directors. Compensation, Benefits & Workplace Culture: - Your focus will include the implementation of Strategic Plans to ensure expected operating performance and return on investment is achieved while safeguarding company assets.

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in either Financial Management, Business e Management or both, with preference given to a background in Forestry or Retail. - Nak'al Koh Logging Nus De Environmental Services- Ability to analyze and think strategically, problem solve and conduct root cause analysis,
